This website presents Stelluza s.r.o. and lets business customers contact us. It is aimed at companies, not at consumers.
No offer
Nothing on this website is an offer, a price quotation or an invitation to trade in a particular quantity. The list of commodities is for orientation only. A contract comes into existence only when both parties have agreed its terms in writing, including specification, quantity, price, delivery and payment terms.

We take care to keep the content accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or current. We are not liable for losses that result from relying on this website alone, to the extent the law allows.

Privacy policy
What personal data we collect through this website, why, and what rights you have. This notice follows the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Who is responsible
The controller is Stelluza s.r.o., IČO 30055393. For any privacy question, write to starustka@stelluza.com. We have not appointed a data protection officer.
Data we process
- Email and phone: if you write or call us directly, your contact details and what you tell us.
- Technical data: when you open the website, your IP address, browser type and the time of the request are processed by the hosting provider to deliver the page and keep it secure.
This website does not set cookies of its own and does not use analytics or advertising tools.
Why we use it, and on what basis
- To answer your enquiry and prepare a possible deal: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps before entering a contract) and our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries, Art. 6(1)(f).
- To run and secure the website: legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f).
- To meet legal duties such as accounting, tax and sanctions or anti-money-laundering checks: Art. 6(1)(c).
You are not required to give us your data. Without it, we cannot respond to your enquiry.
Who receives it
Your data is handled by Stelluza and by service providers that work for us under data processing agreements, such as the hosting and email providers.
To source your requirement we may pass its commercial content (product, quantity, delivery terms) to suppliers in our network. We share your name, company and contact details with them only with your agreement.
We may also disclose data to authorities or advisers where the law requires it or where we need to establish or defend legal claims.
We do not sell personal data.
Transfers abroad
This website loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. When you open the page, your browser therefore sends your IP address to Google, which may process it outside the EEA, including in the United States. Google relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses for such transfers.
If a service provider processes your data outside the EEA, we make sure an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses cover the transfer.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 12 months after the last contact. If a contract follows, we keep the related records for as long as Czech accounting and tax law requires, which is up to 10 years. Server logs are deleted by the hosting provider after a short period, usually within weeks.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and a copy in a portable format. You can object at any time to processing based on our legitimate interest. Where you gave consent, you can withdraw it with effect for the future.

Complaints
You can complain to the Czech data protection authority, Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7, www.uoou.gov.cz, or to the authority in the EU country where you live or work.
Changes
We update this notice when our practices change.
